Gliceria Repato is a hardworking mother of two. She is 40 years old and was diagnosed on April 11, 2003 of a pre-leukemia condition, myelodysplastic syndrome. This then developed into Chronic Myelogenous Leukemia (C.M.L.). Currently, Gliceria receives platelet transfusions every other day to stablilize her condition. Gliceria is hopeful that a match will be found soon so she can spend more time with her children.
